摘    要:目的:比较大黄经超微粉碎与普通粉碎后植物细胞在粒度分布和显微特征方面的差异。方法:采用激光粒度分析技术和生物显微鉴别方法,观察大黄超微粉和普通粉的生物特征。结果:大黄超微粉颗粒均匀,粒度呈对称单峰分布,基本无完整细胞存在;而普通粉颗粒大小不均,粉体粒度分布不对称,植物细胞完整。结论:大黄经超微粉碎后,粉末均质度明显改善,植物细胞破壁率明显提高,质量易于控制。

Comparative study on the microscopic characteristics of ultrastructural powder and common grinding powder of Rhubarb

Abstract:Objective:To study the microscopic characteristics of ultrastructural powder and common grinding powder of Rhubarb.Methods:Two kinds of powder were analyzed by laser granularity analyzers and their microscopic characteristics were observed with microscope.Results:The particle of Rhubarb ultrastructural powder was very uniform and present symmetric single-peak distribution.Nearly no complete cells existed in the powder after superfine comminution under microscope.However,the particle of common grinding power was not uniform and present asymmetric distribution.Complete cells existed in the powder after being common grinded.Conclusion:After superfine comminution,the powder of Rhubarb was more uniformly distributed,and cell wall broken rate was greatly increased,so the quality was easy to control.
