抗生-促生多功能菌剂对稻田土壤微生物区系及氮素转化的影响

摘    要:以抗生-促生多功能菌剂为供试肥料,探讨对稻田土壤微生态环境及氮素转化动态的影响。结果表明:抗生-促生菌剂明显改善了水稻根际微生物区系组成,B/F、A/F不同时期均有提高,从而使稻田土壤中有益微生物(细菌、放线菌、硝化细菌)一直成为微生物群落内的优势菌群:水稻根际土壤硝酸还原酶活性提高,促进了稻田土壤氮素养分的有效转化,提高水稻植株含氮量。

Abstract:By trials in field, the results showed:the soil microbial populations and N-transformation were improved by microbe-fertilizer, B/F and A/F ratio were all increased, so the beneficial microorganism became the optimal population, the nitrite reeductent activity was increased. This could be benefit to the N-transformation effectively, improve the absorbing N ability of rice and increase the N concentration in rice plant.
