| 摘 要： | 研究了牛肌肉组织中苯并咪唑类药物阿苯哒唑、噻苯哒唑和奥芬哒唑多残留高效液相色谱测定方法。结果表明该方法的线性范围在0.05～3.0μg/mL之间,回收率在83.6%～90.1%,相对标准偏差为1.0%～8.5%,最小检出限分别为28、12、19μg/kg。该方法操作简便、灵敏度高、定量准确。

| Abstract: | A method of high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was dev- eloped to determine benzimidazoles residues(ALB?THI and OXF) in beef. It was proved that the recoveries were 83.6%～90.1 %. The relative standard deviations were 1.0%～8.5 %. The detection limits were 28μg/kg?12μg/kg and 19μg/kg for ALB?THI and OXF. It has been proven that the method is fast,accurate and suitable. |
