| 摘 要： | 针对当前农村公共服务供给模式存在的弊端和缺陷,基于公共服务及其相关理论,我国政府提供农村公共服务过程中选择的模式应为"多中心治理"的供给模式、"教育优先"的增长模式、"社会性公共服务为主体"的支出模式、"广覆盖、低水平、基本公共服务均等化"的消费模式. |

| Abstract: | Aiming at the present deficiencies of the public service supply mode in the rural area and according to the public service theo- ries,the mode chosen by our government in the process of the supplying rural public service should be the multi-center-governed supply mode, the growth pattern with educational priority, the expenditure pattern with social spending for public services as the main, the con- sumption pattern with wide coverage and low level, and basic equalization of public services. |
