摘    要:介绍了以稻秸为原料制造高中密度人造板的技术基础研究,其内容包括稻秸表面特性的改变、稻秸原料单元制备、稻秸单元的胶合、稻秸单元干燥、异氰酸酯胶粘剂拌胶工艺、稻秸单元的铺装方法、稻秸板坯的压缩性和初强度、稻秸板坯的传热特性、稻秸人造板的热压时间和稻秸人造板的切割及砂光特性.本项研究结果为高中密度稻秸人造板工业化生产提供了理论依据和技术参数.

Abstract:The study of technical basis to produce high and medium density panei with rice straw as raw material is introduced. It includes:changing the surface characteristic of rice straw,preparation of raw material particle from rice straw, gluing of rice straw particle, drying of rice straw particle, technology of mixing the particle with MDI adhesive,forming method of rice straw particle,compressibility and early intensity of the rice straw mat, heat exchange characteristic of rice straw mat, hot pressing time of rice straw based panei and the properties of cutting and sanding of it. Theoretical basis and technical parameter are offered by the research result for the commercial manufacture of high and medium density rice straw based panel.
