| 摘 要： | 通过对河南农村的调查,从家庭策略的角度分析了男性外出务工,女性在家留守现象形成的原因,指出现行农村土地政策、城乡分割的二元管理体制、性别收入差距和传统性别分工是影响农民工家庭实行性别选择的重要因素。

| Abstract: | Through the investigation in the rural areas of Henan Province,this study aimed to analyze the phenomenon that why male workers go out for employment and females stay at home from the perspective of family strategy.It pointed out that the present rural land policy,the binary management system of partition between rural and urban areas,the income difference of different genders as well as traditional sexual division of labor contribute to the gender selection in migrant worker families. |
