| 摘 要： | 提高资源环境绩效是改善区域生态承载力的核心和关键。利用生态环境评价指数和资源环境绩效指数(REPI)对地处我国西部地区的内蒙古自治区资源环境绩效进行了系统分析,结果表明:内蒙古仍然为我国资源环境绩效水平落后的地区之一。虽然综合绩效指数从2000年的53.9上升为2007年的112.3,但其在全国的25～29位徘徊。主要污染物SO2和COD排放的总体绩效均低于全国平均水平和中部其他10省(自治区)平均水平。COD排放绩效指数变幅明显,SO2排放绩效指数却呈现"Ⅴ"型变动态势;内蒙古自然资源消耗和污染物排放的下降态势不明显,环境绩效改善也不稳定。环境治理指数呈"N"型变动态势,区域生态脆弱性没有明显改观。提高内蒙古资源环境综合绩效任重而道远。
