一例感染犬细小病毒病犬的病理学观察

利用实验室诊断技术，对一怀疑患细小病毒病的幼犬进行诊断，然后应用大体解剖、冰冻切片及H．E染色法，对其进行系统的病理学观察。眼观可见小肠内有条状出血，肠腔内充满番茄汁样内容物，后段肠管有溃疡灶，肠系膜淋巴结肿大、出血，呈大理石样。光镜下可见小肠黏膜上皮变性、坏死、脱落，有时在变性或完整的上皮细胞内可见到核内包涵体，肠绒毛萎缩；心肌内有非化脓性坏死灶，心肌纤维变性、坏死。

Pathology Observations of Canine Parvovirus Disease

A suspected canine with canine parvovirus disease , was diagnosed by laboratory diagnosis. Then the dissect, freezing and H. E staining were used to observe its pathological anatomy changes and pathological histologies. The results showed that the main pathological anatomy changes include the stripe hemorrhage of small intestine, the intestine brimmed inclusion as tomato juice, back intestine with ulcer , mesenteried lymphatic mode with hemorrhage as marble; the main pathological histology changes include mucous membrane of small intestine with degeneration and necrosis, sometimes inclusions of nuclear were observed in degenerational epithelial tissue of small intestine, villus of small intestine were atrophying, purulent necrosis were observed in cardial muscle fiber and the cardial muscle fiber were denaturalization and putrescence.
