钩腺大戟根的化学成分研究

摘    要:目的]研究大戟科大戟属植物钩腺犬戟(Euphorbia sieboldiana MerrelDecme.)根的化学成分。方法]采用硅胶柱层析、葡聚糖凝胶柱层析等色谱技术分离化合物,并通过理化性质和波谱特征鉴定其结构。结果]从钩腺大戟根的石油醚提取物中分离得到6个化合物,分别为良香树脂醇乙酸酯(β-amyrin acetate I)、2,4-二羟基16-甲氧基-3-醛基-苯乙酮(2,4-dihydroxy-5-methoxy-3-alde-hydoacetophenone,Ⅱ、1-(2,4二羟基-6-甲氧基-3-甲基)-苯乙酮1-(2,4-dihydroxy-6-methoxy-3-methylphenyl)ethanone,Ⅲ]、3-甲氧基4羟基-反式苯丙烯酸正十八醇酯(octadecanyl-3-methoxy-4-hydroxy-benzeneacrylate Ⅳ)、阻谷甾醇(β-sitosterol,V)、二十八烷醇(1-octacosanol,Ⅵ)。结论]所分得的6个化合物均为首坎从该植物申分离得到.

Study on the Chemical Constituents in the Roots of Euphorbia sieboldiana

Abstract:Objective] The research aimed to study the chemical constituents in the roots of Euphorbia sieboldiana Merr et Decme.Method] The chemical constituents were isolated by column chromatography including silica gel and Sephadex LH20,and their structures were identified by physicochemical and spectral characterisitcs.Result] Six compounds were isolated from the petroleum benzine extract and the compounds were identified as β-amyrin acetate(I),2,4-dihydroxy-6-methoxy-3-alde-hydoacetophenone(II),1-(2,4-dihydroxy-6-methoxy-3-methylphenyl)ethanone(III),octadecanyl-3-methoxy-4-hydroxy-benzeneacrylate(IV),β-sitosterol(V),1-octacosanol(VI).Conclusion] The six compounds were isolated from Euphorbia sieboldiana for the first time.
