骆驼喉蝇蛆在光镜和扫描电镜下的形态结构

摘    要:作者对骆驼喉蝎蛆(cephalopina titillator)3个期的幼虫在光学显微镜和扫描电子显微镜下的形态结构特点分别进行了较详细的描述。并给出了其中某些结构的电镜照片。驼骆喉蝇蛆前后气门超微结构的观察结果表明:骆驼喉蝇蛆第3期幼虫的前气门是由数十个上有裂隙的铃铛形物所组成的葡萄状体。而后气门在光镜下所谓的“气孔”,实质上是一中央有裂隙的薄膜,该裂隙两侧组织边缘呈锯齿状。作者对这些结果进行了分析、讨论。

Abstract:The autbors describe in detall the morphological and structural features of the larvae of Cephalopina titillator at three different growing stages under light Microscope(LM) and Scanning Electron Microscope(SEM). Strcutural pictures under SEM are also presented. The obsercational results of the ultrastructures of the anterior and posterior spiracles indicare: the anterior spiracle in the thlrd--stage larvae is a grapeoid body made up by a number of belllike materials with broken sutures. The openings socalled"pores" under Light Microscope on the posterior spiracle, in fact, are thin membranes with broken sutures. The margin parts of tissues on suture sides are zigzag.
