摘    要:以苜蓿草粉作为制粒原料,建立了环模制粒的试验装置,模拟苜蓿颗粒的制粒过程。通过对不同粒度的苜蓿草粉进行制粒过程模拟试验,得出制粒挤出力与粒度、密度的关系。

Abstract:Producing alfalfa pellet with common feed circular mould pellet machine brings on high energy consumpation and low life span of loop die. In this paper pelletization of alfalfa pellet was simulated. Experiments based on different granularity of alfalfa powder were carried out. Mathematical model for obtaining the relationship of the extruding force, granularity and density was established as basic parameters for the research.
