不同植物提取液的杀线虫活性评价

通过测定比较不同植物水提取液对南方根结 2龄线虫的生物活性及毒力、以及不同提取溶剂和光照处理条件下植物提取液的杀线虫活性 ,结果表明不同植物种类、部位的提取液 ,其杀线虫活性存在明显差异 ,雷公藤、烟草、细辛、夹竹桃、鸡矢藤、蓖麻、万寿菊和马缨丹叶的水提取液对线虫的杀虫效果 (2 4h)分别为10 0 %、10 0 %、10 0 %、90 .0 %、87.1%、84 .3%、77.3%和 32 .4 % ,万寿菊花、叶、茎水提取液杀线虫效果分别为10 0 %、77.3%和 4 8.2 % ;烟草、雷公藤、夹竹桃、细辛叶的水提取液对 2龄线虫的致死中浓度 (LC50 )分别为830 .5mg/L、1770 .8mg/L、1336 .4mg/L、10 2 0 .4mg/L ;不同溶剂提取的植物提取液的杀线虫活性也存在差异 ;万寿菊、蓖麻和马缨丹叶的水提取液经太阳光照射 6h后 ,其杀线虫活性明显增强

Evaluation on Nematicidal Activity of Different Plant Extracts

The biological activity and virulence of various plant water extracts against the second juvenile of Meloidogyne incognita, nematicidal activity of plant extracts under different extracting solvents and illumination treatments ,were determined and compared in this study. The results showed that there was distinctive difference in the nematicidal efficacy of various extracts of plants and parts. The leaf water extracts of Tripterygium wilfondii,Nicotiana tabacum,Asarum sieboldii, Nerium indicum,Paederia scandens,Ricinus communis,Tagetes erecta and Lantana indica,had the killing rates of 100%,100%,100%,90.0%,87.1%,84.3%,77.3% and 32.4% respectively in 24 h; the killing rates of flower,leaf and stem water extracts of Tagetes erecta were 100%?77.3%and 48.2% respectively. The middle lethal concentrations of (LC 50 ) of the leaf water extracts of Nicotiana tabacum, Tripterygium wilfondii, Nerium indicum and Asarum sieboldi were 830.5 mg/L , 1770.8mg/L ,1336.4mg/L and 1020.4mg/L respectively. The nematicidal activities of plant extracts extracted by different solvents were also distinctively different. After the leaf water extracts of Tagetes erecta,Ricinus communis and Lantana indica were shined for six hours by the sun light , their nematicidal activities were intensived obviously .
