| 摘 要： | 以22个柞蚕品种（品系）为材料，采用PCR技术分别扩增其线粒体DNA（mtDNA）的细胞色素b基因（cytb），测定5’端485bp的核苷酸序列，并采用Dnaman软件进行分析，结果表明：供试22个柞蚕品种可分成2组，2组之间只在294bp处有一个差异位点。从GenBank中调取柞蚕豫早1号品种Cyt b基因的5’端相应序列（AY242996），与本试验测得的柞蚕青黄1号和青6号对应的核苷酸序列进行了同源性比较。结果表明：青黄1号和青6号的同源性达99．8％，青黄1号和豫早l号的同源性达98．6％，青6号和柞早1号的同源性达98．8％。可见，不同柞蚕品种的表型虽然不同，但在cytb基因水平上其核苷酸序列的组成却是高度一致。供试品种间的亲缘关系很近，同源性较高。

| Abstract: | The mitochondrial cytochrome b(Cyt b) genes from tweenty-two Antheraea perny strainswere ampligied by PCR method,then Cyt b gene 5' end segment sequences(485) were sequenced respectively.There was only one variation spot at the 294bp.Then the all strains were divided two group,Qinghuang1 and Qing6 to be represented.Homology comparison results showed that the homogeneous relationships among the sequences of the two group were 99.8%(98.6% in Qinghuang1and Zaoyi,98.8% in Qing6 and Zaoyi).The results indicated ... |
