| 摘 要： | 环境评价经过二十年的发展已成为一门综合的、多学科天又的边缘科学。面对持续发展的挑战，传统的环境评价已显现出许多缺陷，第二代的环境评价理论和方法正逐步形成。在这一过程中，战略环境评价、技术评价、社会影响评价等将得以完善和实施。中国在其特有的经济转轨过程中，必须实施一种有别于发达国家及其它发展中国家的环境评价战略，以推进我国的持续发展

| Abstract: | AbstractDuring the last twenty years,environmental assessment(EA)has developedinto a comprehensive and multidiscipline frontier science.Faeing the cha-llenge of sustainable development,conventional EA sho ws its shortcomingsand a second generation EA is gradually being formed ,during whichstrategic environmental assessment(SEA),technology assessmsnt(TA)andsocial impact assessment(SIA)should be perfected and conducted. China,which is taking its spcial economy transition,should implement anenvironmental assessment strategy different from that of developed coun-tries and other developing countries,by which sustainable developmentwould be prort1oted in China. |
