15种外生菌根真菌在4种培养基上的生长效果研究

摘    要:通过4种培养基上15株外生菌根真菌的对照培养,以生长速度和生物量为依据,对各菌株的培养效果进行了评价.在MMN培养基上适宜培养的真菌有Rhizopogenluteolus、Suillusbovinuss、Pisolitlustinctorius、Boletusmagnificus和Boletusporosporus;Sclerodermapolyrhizum适宜在PDA培养基上生长;有几种菌根真菌在4种培养基上生长效果不理想.

Abstract:Culture effect of 15 strains of ectomycorrhizal fungi were evaluated in accordance with culture speed and biomass, after their culture on 4 types of media, The results showed that the growth speed and biomass among 15 strains on each media were different remarkably. All the 15 strains can grow based on the 4 culture media. The MMN media was the optimum for Rhizopogon luteolus. Suillus. Pisolithus tinctorius. Boletus magnificus and Boletus porosporus etc, PDA media was suitable for Scleroderma polyrhizum, The special media for some ectomycorrhizal fumgi need further study.
