摘    要:
通过盆栽试验研究了不同浓度铅胁迫对花生叶片生理生化特性的影响。结果表明,随着铅浓度的升高,花生叶片叶绿素a/b值和可溶性糖含量下降,丙二醛含量增加,细胞膜透性增强,脯氨酸含量先升高后降低,SOD活性和超氧阴离子自由基含量先降低后升高。

Abstract:
Effects of lead stress on the physiological and biochemical characteristics were studied with the peanut cultured in pots.The experiment results showed that with the increasing of lead concentration,the ratio of chlorophyl a/b and content of soluble sugar decreased,the content of malondialdehyde(MDA) and the membrane permeability raised.Proline content increased at first and then decreased,SOD activity and O-.2 content decreased at first and then increased.
