马铃薯病组织传播黑胫病初步研究

田间试验表明,室外存放3 a的马铃薯黑胫病组织播种时撒入土壤,具有较强的侵染性。马铃薯病根组织处理的发病率最高,达到9.03%,病茎叶和无症状植株两处理的发病率均为5.16%,显然病组织对土壤传播马玲薯黑胫病有巨大影响。

Preliminary Study on Dissemination of Black Shank by Potato Disease Tissue

The results of field test indicated that while seeding,powder of tissues of potato infected blackleg which were put in the open air for three years was sanded into soil,which would cause great powerful intrusion.In addition,treated with root tissues of potato infected blackleg,the incidence of the disease was the most,which was up to 9.03%.However,treated with stem and leaf of potato infected blackleg or general plant,the incidences of the disease were both 5.16%.Therefore,the incidence of the disease while powder of diseased tissues was sanded into soil was from three times to six times higher than that while not.By all appearance,dis- eased tissues have great effect on the spreading of blackleg by soil.
