Heilongjiang province is a major agricultural province,animal husbandry as an important part of agriculture,its development level directly affects the development of modern agriculture,but also affect the pace of economic development in Heilongjiang.Through preliminary analysis of relevant data on the development of animal husbandry in Heilongjiang province,the development of animal husbandry and natural conditions in Heilongjiang province,the purpose is to speed up the transformation and upgrading of animal husbandry and play a comparative advantage.This paper puts forward the mode of circular economy which can be used for reference in the animal husbandry of Heilongjiang province and the problems that need to be paid attention to in the process of developing the circular economy.
