铜对夏蜡梅种子萌发代谢的影响

摘    要: 采用水培试验,研究了不同浓度外源铜处理对夏蜡梅种子萌发、根伸长抑制率、呼吸强度、α-淀粉酶、脂肪酶及蛋白酶的影响。结果表明:(1)铜对夏腊梅种子发芽的抑制率远小于对根伸长的抑制率。根伸长抑制率与铜浓度呈极显著正相关(P<0.01), 发芽抑制率与重金属浓度相关性不显著,但低浓度铜溶液(1 μmol/L)对夏腊梅种子的萌发有明显的促进作用。(2)铜处理对夏蜡梅种子萌发过程中淀粉酶、蛋白酶和脂肪酶活力具有低浓度下的激活效应和高浓度下的抑制效应,随着胁迫时间的延长,逐渐表现为抑制效应。

Abstract:The effects of copper (Cu) on seed germination, inhibition rate of root elongation, respiratory intensity,α-amylase,lipase and protease of Sinocalycanthus chinensis (S.chinensis) had been investigated in this paper. The results showed that inhibition rate of root elongation presents very significant positive correlation with concentration of Cu(P<0.01). The correlation between inhibition rate of seed germination and Cu concentration is not significant. However, Cu improves seed germination at 1 μmol/L level. Cu2+ is capable of stimulating the activities of α-amylase, lipase and protease at lower concentration and inhibiting those of enzymes at higher concentration during Sinocalycanthus chinensis seed germination. And with the extension of stress time, the inhibition effect increased gradually.
