桔全爪螨对柑桔生理的影响

摘    要:利用盆栽桔株,研究了桔全爪螨对桔叶生理的影响.结果表明,桔全爪螨种群的累积为害,使桔叶叶绿素含量降低、含水量减少、光合强度降低、营养状况恶化、叶片变小、单位叶面积干重降低,还原糖、总氮、钾含量和氨基酸总量均随螨日指数增加而下降,总糖含量随为害加重而上升.但桔叶呼吸强度和磷含量与为害程度无明显的关系.受害桔叶的脯氨酸等8种氨基酸含量不同程度地减少,而苯丙氨酸等8种氨基酸含量则有所上升.

Abstract:The physiological responses of citrus to Panonychus citri MeG were studied on pottedcitrus plants growing in netted houses.The results showed that the accumulative infestationby citrus red mite population resulted in a decrease in chlorophyll and water content and inphotosynthesis intensity.The vegetative state of injured leaves was aggravated.The con-tents of reducing sugar,total N,amino acids,and K were redued but total sugar contentwas increased as the mite-day index increased.Damaged citrus leaves became smaller insize and their dry weight per unit area decreased.However,the infestation by cityus redmite had little influence on the respiration intensity and P content in citrus leaves.The con-tents of 8 amino acids,proline in particular,decreased substantially while the contents ofphenylalanine and some others were increased.
