| 摘 要： | 通过对枯草杆菌的分离、鉴定以及在临床上的应用,探究其对溃疡性结肠炎的疗效。结果显示,枯草杆菌经灌肠治疗后,小鼠溃疡性结肠炎的厌食、乏力、倦怠等症状消失,结肠功能恢复正常。与常规药物治疗比较,枯草杆菌培养液更有效。该结果表明,枯草杆菌不仅能够调节结肠的生理功能,而且能治疗溃疡性结肠炎。

| Abstract: | Bacillus subtilis in live bacteria preparation Medilac-Vita was isolated and identified,and therapeutic effect on ulcerative colitis was explored.The results showed that anorexia,hypodynamia,burnout and other symptoms of ulcerative colitis in mice disappeared and the colon function returned to normal after the enema treatment of Bacillus subtilis.Compared with conventional drug therapy,the culture medium of Bacillus subtilis was more effective.The reason is that Bacillus subtilis could not only regulate the physiological function of colon,but also remedy ulcerative colitis. |
