摘    要:[目的]为甘薯和土壤中灭线磷的残留检测提供分析方法。[方法]样品经丙酮提取,提取液用石油醚液-液分配,中性氧化铝(含活性炭)柱层析净化,气相色谱测定。[结果]灭线磷的最小检测量为1×10^-12g,最低检测浓度为0.2 μg/kg。添加浓度在0.01~1.0mg/kg时,甘薯植株中灭线磷的添加回收率为88.3%~91.1%,变异系数为4.5%~9.3%;土壤中的添加回收率为85.2%~88.3%,变异系数为7.0%~7.5%;甘薯块茎中的添加回收率为82.5%~88.0%,变异系数为4.8%~7.1%。[结论]该方法的准确性、精确性和灵敏度均达到农药残留分析的要求。

Abstract:[Objective]The aim of the study was to provide a valuable method for determination of ethoprophos residue in sweet potato and soil.[Method] Residues of ethoprophos were extracted from sweet potato and soil with acetone, cleaned up by column chromatography of Al2O3, and determined with GC equipped by FPD.[Result] The minimum detectable amount of ethoprophos was 1×10-12g, and the minimum detectable concentration of ethoprophos in the samples of sweet potato and soil was 0.2 μg/kg.The average recovery and coefficient of variation of the method were 88.3%-91.1% and 4.5%-9.3% for sweet tomato plant samples, 85.2%-88.3% and 7.0%-7.5% for soil samples, and 82.5%-88.0% and 4.8%-7.1% for sweet tomato tuber samples, respectively.[Conclusion] The method accorded with demands of residue analysis of pesticide.
