| 摘 要： | 采用PCR-RFLP方法对杜洛克FUT1基因多态性进行分析。结果发现:杜洛克FUT1基因开放阅读框307位点经Hin6Ⅰ酶切后,检测到AA、AG和GG3种基因型,AA基因型的频率为0.157,A基因的频率为0.353。分析这3种基因型与杜洛克产仔性能间的关联性。结果表明:抗性纯合子AA基因型的个体1～5胎每个胎次的产仔数均值均高于AG和GG基因型,且第1胎和第4胎的产仔数均值显著高于AG和GG基因型(P<0.05),AA基因型对产仔性能而言是有益基因型。

| Abstract: | The FUT1 gene in Duroc pigs was analyzed by PCR-RFLP method,the results showed that M307 of FUT1 gene digested by restriction endonuclease Hin6Ⅰcould be divided into three kinds of genotypes,AA,GG and AG.The frequencies of AA genotype and A allele were 0.157 and 0.353,respectively.The correlation between the three genotypes with the total litter size in the first litter to fifth liter was analyzed,the results showed that the litter size in each litter of the pigs with genotype AA was higher than those with genotype AG and GG,and the litter size in the first litter and fourth litter of the pigs with genotype AA were significantly higher than those individuals with AG and GG genotypes(P < 0.05),the genotype AA is an effective genotype for litter trait in Duroc pigs. |
