斑嘴环企鹅的人工孵育技术

摘    要:2011—2012年对成都动物园4枚斑嘴环企鹅蛋进行人工孵化,并对其中的关键技术进行分析,其中2枚企鹅蛋孵育成功,1枚企鹅蛋孵化出壳时幼企鹅死亡,1枚企鹅蛋孵出的小企鹅在60日龄死亡。结果表明:温度对企鹅幼雏出壳影响较大;企鹅日龄与生长发育呈正相关,与温度呈负相关;企鹅蛋孵化期为41 d;人工孵育是提高斑嘴环企鹅繁殖率的重要方式;正确的食糜配制及饲养方式是人工育雏成功的关键。

Skill of Artificial Incubation and Brooding of Spheniscus demersus

Abstract:This paper described the artificial incubation and brooding process of 4 pieces of Sphenis- cus demersus eggs in the Chengdu Zoo from 2011 to 2012, and the key technologies were analyzed and summarized. The results showed that two pieces of penguin eggs and chicks were incubated suc- cessfully, one piece of penguin egg was hatched out but died after hatched out, one piece of penguin egg was hatched chicks but the young penguin died at 60 days old. The results declared that the tem- perature impacted on hatching out of the penguin; penguin age was positively correlated to growth, and negative correlation to temperature ; incubation period of penguin egg was 41 days ; artificial in- cubation was an important way to improve the reproduction rate of penguin. The correct chyme for- mulation and feeding mode were the keys for successful artificial brooding.
