K型杂交小麦恢复基因的遗传研究

摘    要:用K型小麦雄性不育系K149A,保持系149(B)和3个恢复材料L783、太106和PH85-4(R)及其杂交后代群体F1(A/R),F2,B2(A/F),B2′(A∥BR)作为试验材料,对育性指标进行了比较,以恢复性遗传研究的最佳指标-套代自交结实率为育性指标,对K型小麦雄性不育系的育性恢复的遗传特点进行了初步分析,结果表明K型小麦雄性不育系是配子体不系,三个恢复材料的育性恢复受一对显性基因控制

Abstract:K149A,a malesterile line of wheat with Ae.Kotschyi cytoplasm,its maintainer line 149(B) and 3 restoring varieties (R) L783,Tai 106 and PH 854 as well as the following generations: F1 (A/R),F2,B2(A/F1),B2(AB/R) were used in the experiment.Seed setting rate under bagging condition was used as indicator of restoring degree.The results showed that the male sterility of Kcytoplasm was gametophytic sterile type,the fertility restoration ability of the three restorers to K149A was governed by a pair of dominant restoring gene and the restoration ability of L783 to K149A was stronger than that of Tai 106 and PH 854
