摘    要:利用常规回交育种结合分子标记辅助选择技术,将高抗水稻白叶枯病Xa4和Xa23基因、广谱高抗稻瘟病肿基因聚合到同一株系中,获得了三基因聚合的纯合株系。选用广西具有代表性的13个稻瘟病菌株、白叶枯病广致病型菌系P6和中国7个流行菌系对杂交后代进行人工接种鉴定,结果表明,聚合了Xa4、Xa23和pi9基因的株系09—371、09—375能同时抗白叶枯病和稻瘟病,对白叶枯病抗谱和抗性水平与供体材料W7相当,对稻瘟病的抗性与供体亲本75—1—127水平相当。Xa4、Xa23和Pi9三基因纯合株系可以作为水稻育种的多抗供体材料。
