灰毡毛忍冬嫩枝扦插繁殖技术优化试验

摘    要:采用正交试验研究方法,进行灰毡毛忍冬嫩枝扦插繁殖技术优化试验,结果表明:生长调节剂的种类、浓度、处理时间、基质类型对灰毡毛忍冬嫩枝扦插的生根质量有明显影响,各因素的适宜水平分别为NAA+IBA((1∶1)、400mg/kg、40min、珍珠岩∶菌包(1∶1),该组合生根质量平均Q值为47.26,为灰毡毛忍冬嫩枝扦插处理的适宜方法。

Abstract:Optimization experiment on softwood cutting propagation of Lonicera macranthoides was studied by orthogonal experiment method.The results showed that the growth regurator type,concentration,treatment time and substrate type had significant effects on roots of softwood cutting of Lonicera macranthoides.Appropriate level of each factor was NAA+IBA(1∶1),400 mg/kg,40 min,perlite∶bacteria package(1∶1),respectively.The average Q value of the combination was 47.26.It was the best treatment for softwood cutting propagation of Lonicera macranthoides.
