γ—射线对广亲和与光敏核不育水稻组培及后代性状的影响

摘    要:研究了γ-射线对7个广亲和水稻和3个光敏核不育水稻品种种胚培养及R_2代性状的影响效应。结果表明:培养前10KRγ-射线处理,提高了广亲和水稻出愈率,降低了光敏核不育水稻和广亲和水稻的分化率。辐射处理种子或愈伤组织,随培养时间的延长其继代能力较未处理的高。辐射处理离体培养有提高R_2代分蘖、有效穗和结实率的效应。抑制了R_2代白化苗和嵌合体的产生,降低了W6154s育性对温度的敏感性,可延长其败育期。对R_2代中的优良变异株或株系进行了述评。

Abstract:The author has researched the effect of γ—rays on the embrye culture and the straits of the second generation of rgenerated plants of seven Wide Compatigbile Rice (WCR) varieties and three Photoperiod—SensitiveGenic Male Rice (PSGMSR) varietives. The results showed that: γ—rays increased the callus induction, rate of WCR, whereas reduing the plantlet regeneration rate of WCR and PSGMSR. The callus which were treated with γ—rays or those were inducted form the seeds which were treated with γ—rays have higher subculture capability than those which were not treated. In the second generation, γ—rays increased the tiller number, fertile spike and seed rate. γ—rays hindered the development of albino and chimera, also decreased sensitiveness to temperature of the fertility of W6154s and kept fertility stable during sterile period. After the study, a lot of plant lines and single plants which are useful for present rice breeding have been selected.
