日本大耳白兔抗氧化物酶活性增龄性变化研究

摘    要:选择日本大耳白兔,按年龄分为幼年、青年、老年三组,分别测定动脉血血清SOD、MDA、GSH—px活性水平,以探讨日本大耳白兔抗氧化物酶活性增龄性变化。结果显示:随着年龄的增长,血清SOD活性在中年期以前是随增龄而增加,青年组显著高于幼年CR(P〈0.05,P〈0.01),在中年期以后是随增龄而降低,老年组明显低于青年组(P〈0.05,P〈0.01);血清MDA含量是随增龄而增加,老年组明显高于青年组和幼年组(P〈0.05,P〈0.01),青年组明显高于幼年CR(P〈0.05);血清GSH—px活性随增龄而降低,老年组显著低于青年组和幼年组(P〈0.01),青年组显著低于幼年组(P〈0.05,P〈0.01)。机体在衰老过程中体内自由基生成增加。抗氧化物酶活性全面降低可能是加速机体衰老的原因之一。

Abstract:To explore the changes of the activities of anti-oxidation enzyme Dy ageing in Japanese Giant Ear rabbits. According to their ages, these rabbits were divided into three groups: infant group, young group and senile group.Blood samples were taken from the central auricular artery of rabbits,the level of superoxide dismutase (SOD), malondialdehyde (MDA) and glutathione peroxidase (GSH-px) activities in serum were detected. The results showed that the activity of SOD in serum markedly increased before middle-aged period, young group was significantly higher than that of infant group (P〈0.05 ,P〈0.01 ) , and then the activity of SOD in serum markedly decreased, the activity of SOD was significantly lower in the senile group than that of young group. While the serum MDA content was enhanced with aging, the serum MDA content in young group was significantly lower than that in senile group (P〈0.05,P〈0.01), but higher than that in infant group (P〈0.05).The serum GSH-px activity markedly decreased with ageing, the activity of GSH-px in the young group was markedly higher than that in senile groups (P〈0.01), but lower than that in infant group (P〈0.05,P〈0,01).The increasing of free radical generation and decreasing of anti-oxidation enzyme activities with ageing in body may be important causes of accelerating body senescence.
