大豆锰素营养研究

摘    要:采用水培试验研究大豆锰素营养,并分析了黄淮海及长江中下游大豆产区几种土壤的有效锰含量。结果表明:(1)大豆植株体内锰的浓度和含量随着培养介质中锰浓度增加而增加,(2)锰主要分布于叶部和根部,茎部最少,(3)锰与磷、铁间存在拮抗关系,(4)黄淮及长江中下游地区,沙土和砂姜黑土缺锰,黄棕壤有效锰含量丰富,淤土和二合土居中。

Abstract:Using a method of water culture,the manganese nutrition of soybean was studied and the available manganese contents in some soils of Huang-Huai plain and the middle and lower reaches of Yantze River ware determinsd.The result showed as follows.(1)The Mn concentration and content in soybean plant were positive correlation with those in culture solution.(2)The manganese in plants mainly located in leaves and roots,but less in main stem.(3)There were negative correlation among Mn,P and Fe.(4)The manganes deficience occured in sandy soil and shajiang black soil widely than in the other kinds of soils.
