番茄叶霉病菌对代森锰锌的抗性检测

摘    要:从山西神池山区露地番茄植株上采集分离到番茄叶霉病菌30个菌株,经室内测定,对代森锰锌平均EC50值为9.0671μg/ml,MIC值为50μg/ml,以此作为敏感基线。山西省6个地区的保护地番茄叶霉病菌对代森锰锌的抗性频率是83.9%,晋南地区抗性频率最高为98.7%;辽宁沈阳、山东寿光、河北保定的抗性频率都超过了90%。所有抗性菌株中没有高抗菌株,低抗和中抗菌株所占比例较大,其抗性水平集中在50倍左右。

Abstract:Sensitivity to mancozeb of 30 isolates of Fulvia fulva(Cooke) Ciferri,collected from a mountainous region in Shenchi Shanxi province were tesed.All isolates minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC)of this fungicide was 50μg/ml and EC50 were 9.0671μg/ml.These data could be taken as sensitive baseline because any chemicals has not been used ever before in that area.The resistance frequencies of 347 isolates collected from other 6 regions of Shanxi province to mancozeb being surveyed,it was 83.9%.The South parts of Shanxi province was 98.7%.Isolates collected from Shenyang,Shandong Shouguang and Hebei Baoding were also tested,the resistance frequencies was over 90%.The resistance levels was two types of detected isolates to mancozeb and all of them belonged to lower resistance and middle resistance,and the resistance levels were 50 times or so.
