玉米抗纹枯病自交系产量配合力测定

摘    要:以4个四川省常用玉米自交系为测验种,20个抗玉米纹枯病自交系为被测系,采用不完全双列杂交设计配制80个组合,对产量、穗长、穗行数、行粒数、穗粗、粒深和百粒重7个经济性状进行配合力分析。结果表明,H2149等11个抗病家系的产量一般配合力效应值为正值,其中9个家系所配F1产量较高,可直接利用;其他自交系个别性状较优,可根据育种目标有针对性的选择利用。玉米纹枯病抗源CML270与感病自交系478构建的CML270×478重组近交系群体有重要育种利用价值。

Abstract:Eighty hybrid crosses were made by the design of incomplete diallel crossing, including 4 inbred lines in Sichuan and the 20 inbred lines resistant to sheath blight. The combining ability of 24 inbred lines about 7 characters from yields, ear length, rows per ear, grains per row, ear diameter, grain depth and 100-kernel weight were analyzed. The result indicated that the general combining ability effect values of 11 lines were positive, such as H2149. Nine lines among which with higher yield in F1 could be used directly. The rest lines could be made use of their specific excellent characters based on the breeding objects. The recombinant-inbred-lines(RILs) population from the cross CML270×478 had important values in maize breeding.
