摘    要:儒家哲学可分为三个大时代:先秦、宋明、现代;儒家的精神传统,不只是俗世伦理;先秦儒学最关键性的人物是孔子(仁内礼外)和孟子(仁义内在、性由心显);二程担负道统,对性理进行了阐发和开拓,朱子建构道统,编纂了《近思录》和《四书集注》,程朱学被定为圣学的一支。五四(1919)反传统,儒学由中心到边缘,当代新儒家对儒学进行了积极的反思,儒学复兴。进入新世纪,儒家学者应该给予“理一分殊”以创造性的诠释以面对“全球地域化”的挑战。

Abstract:The project investment loss insurance is the second batch of scientific and technological insurance carried out in China.Taking the technology enterprises as the research subject and considering the expected profits and technical risks (variance), this paper constructed the corresponding insurance proportion model. Based on the concrete case of Wuhan Diyuan Aqualite Co, LTD. insured scientific and technological insurance, and by employing the pivoting algorithm, this paper obtained how to optimize the insurance proportion of various projects in portfolio investment scheme to gain the biggest expected profits by smallest risk taking.
