| 摘 要： | 以研究区域智力资本的内涵和构成为基础，探索区域智力资本的主要构成要素，构建区域智力资本评价指标体系和测度模型，从实证的角度对辽宁省的区域智力资本进行SWOT分析。围绕如何促进区域智力资本增值，提出以提升区域智力资本为目标的区域高等教育发展战略模式。

| Abstract: | This paper through studying the connotation and constitution of regional intelligence capital, explored the essential factors of regional intelligence capital, according to intelligence capital integrant part and function of regional synthesis competitive power, constructed the regional intelligence capital evaluating indicator system and the regional intelligence capital measure model. SWOT analyzes the superiority and the inferiority in regional intelligence capital of Liaoning. According to Liaoning higher education competitive advantage and inferiority, it proposed higher education developmental strategy pattern regarding how to promote the regional intelligence capital appreciation. |
