| 摘 要： | 钢板弹簧的刚度是钢板弹簧的重要性能参数,有限元法为准确计算弹簧刚度提供了一种计算方法。利用有限元分析方法建立了模拟钢板弹簧接触状态的分析模型,计算了钢板弹簧的刚度特性。对影响钢板弹簧刚度计算的摩擦系数、预应力等主要因素进行了分析,得到了精确的计算模型。

| Abstract: | The stiffness is an important parameter of leaf spring.The finite element method provides a computation method for precisely computing leaf spring stiffness.By using finite element method,an analysis model simulating leaf spring contact state was established,stiffness characteristics of leaf spring was computed,the factors influenced on leaf spring stiffness computation,such as friction coefficient,prestress and so on,were analyzed,and a precise computing model had been gotten. |
