聚醚类离子载体N95对山羊瘤胃代谢的影响

摘    要:取来自于3头装有永久性瘤胃瘘管山羊的瘤胃液,在体外厌氧条件下以干草粉(占75%)和混合精料粉(占25%)为底物进行培养。在培养液中加入离子载体N95,培养液中N95质量浓度分别为0.25、0.50、1.00、2.50和5.00mg·L-1。试验表明:N95对培养液中TVFA(totlevolatilefatyacid)无明显影响,但显著降低了乙酸与丙酸的比例(从2.705降到1.594)以及培养液中氨氮(NH3-N)的质量浓度(从69.09下降到61.03mg·L-1,N95使培养液中MCP(Microbialcrudeprotein)质量浓度从55.69上升到65.68mg·L-1(P<0.05),而使TDTA(totledehydrogenase)质量浓度从336.5降至150.4μg·L-1(P<0.05)。结果显示了离子载体N95改善了瘤胃发酵类型

Abstract:Rumen fluid from 3 goats were incubated in anaerobic midia with hay(75%),concentrate(25%)as the substrate for 8 h in vitro.The polyethers ionophore N95 were added to the incubation bottles at concentrations ranging form 25,50,100,250,to 500mg·L -1 .N95 decreased the ratio of acetate to propionate from 2 705 to 1.549 and decreased the NH 3-N from 69.09 to 61.03mg·L -1 (P<0.05),increased MCP(microbial crude protein)production from 55.69 to 65 68mg·L -1 (P<0.05)and decreased the activity of TDHA (total dehydrogenase)from 336.5 to 150.4μg·L -1 (P<0 05).The results suggest that ionophore N95 improves rumen fermentation.
