黄瓜幼苗根系对水分胁迫的生理反应

摘    要:以津优1号和春四黄瓜为试验材料,研究了黄瓜幼苗根系对不同程度水分胁迫的生理生化反应。结果显示,随着水分胁迫程度的增大,两个黄瓜品种幼苗的根系活力在轻度胁迫时上升,此后随着胁迫程度的加剧开始下降;根系相对电导率、丙二醛含量和可溶性糖含量都随着水分胁迫程度的增大呈明显上升趋势;脯氨酸含量随着水分胁迫程度的增大逐渐上升,但在严重胁迫时开始下降;津优1号和春四的SOD活性随着水分胁迫程度的增大明显上升,但津优1号的SOD活性在严重胁迫时略有下降。

Abstract:Using Jinyou No.1 and Chun No.4 cucumber cultivars as materials,physiological response of cucumber seedling root to different water stress was studied.The result showed that the root activity was increased in the slight water stress and decreased with the increasing of water stress,but the proline was increased first,then decreased in the serious water stress;the relative conductivity,MDA content and soluble sugar content were increased with the increasing of water stress;SOD activity had rising tendency with the increasing of water stress,but which of Jinyou No.1 decreased in the serious water stress.
