| 摘 要： | 秦巴山区竹林资源类型多、分布广,开发潜力大,是加快该区脱贫致富步伐,振兴农村经济的重要资源基础;营建不同类型的竹林生产基地,是综合开发长江,建立三峡水利枢纽工程生态屏障的重要内容。以国家长防林工程为依托,把竹林资源发展和综合利用纳入工程管理项目,加大投资力度,从政策、资金、技术方面予以倾斜,是竹业产业向速生、优质、高效方向发展的重要保证。 |

| Abstract: | Bamboo forest resources in Qinba mountainous regions had characteristics of various types, wide distribution and great exploitation potentialities. It was the resources bases for speeding up the improvement of conditions of local people. Establishing different type "of bamboo forest bases is one of the important contents of comprehensive exploitation of Yangtze River and establishement of ecological defence for Sanxia key water control project. Propped by Yangtze Greenbelt, development and comprehensive utilizations of bamboo resources, augmentation of investment were the guarantee of the development of bamboo towards fast-growing, high-quality and efficiency. |
