| 摘 要： | 本文主要介绍了一种基于电信网与因特网的农业语音信息咨询服务系统的构建模式,以及它作为一种新兴信息服务方式在农业信息咨询服务领域中的应用前景分析,希望这种人机结合的方式可为互联网建设尚不发达而电话已达到一定普及率的广大农村地区提供一种获取信息和发布信息的新途径。

| Abstract: | This article introduces the structure model of an Agricultural Text -to -Speech Information Consulting Service System based on telecommunication network and internet,and analyzes its application prospective in the agricultural info consulting service sector as a brand new system of info service.Hopefully,a system as such may provide a new way of information obtaining and releasing in rural areas where internet construction has yet to be completed while telephone network has been effectively in use. |
