摘    要:用薄层干燥模型对常温除湿通风干燥时谷物含水率的变化进行了解析,这种解析方法对其它干燥方式也是适用的。

Abstract:This paper introduces dehumidification ventilation drying system with dehumidified air asthe drying medium,analyzes the possible application and development of this technique in ourcountry, and by using thin-layer drying model,variation is analyzed in grain moisture for con-stant-temperature dehumidification drying. In order to make its analysis more accurate, theequivalent water content(M_e)(worked out according to the drying air in correspondingtime), not regarded as a constant in this paper, is input according to the given step of time. Then the grain moisture in corresponding time is calculated from RUNGE-KUTTA equa-tion. The calculated results are found to be in good agreement with the measured ones.
