顶复器门原虫丝氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂研究进展

摘    要:寄生虫可以利用蛋白酶抑制剂在宿主中生存,蛋白酶在宿主-寄生虫关系中处于关键地位.而寄生虫源的蛋白酶抑制剂的研究并未引起应有的重视.论文介绍了顶复器门原虫主要的内源的蛋白酶抑制剂丝氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂的研究概况,以期为顶复器门原虫的入侵机制及防治等研究提供新的思路.

Abstract:Parasites may utilize proteinase inhibitors to survive within the host.Proteinases are involved in key areas of the host-parasite relation,it is somewhat surprising that the proteinase inhibitors of parasite origin have not generally been the subject of intense research effort.In order to provide a powerful tool for the study on the invasion mechanism and the control of Apicomplexa,this review summarized the information available on the key proteinase inhibitors-serine protease inhibitor in apicomplexan protozoas.
