| 摘 要： | 目的]制作龙牙楤木Aralia elata（Miq.）Seem]人工种子,并考察其在不同条件下的发芽情况,探讨龙牙楤木人工种子生产应用的可行性。方法]在含2.0mg/L2,4-D、0.5mg/L6-BA、0.5mg/L NAA的MS培养基上诱导龙牙楤木幼芽愈伤组织,在固体培养基中诱导体细胞胚,以海藻酸钠为包埋剂制作人工种子。结果]人工种子在1/2MS0培养基上发芽率为81.3%;在有菌土壤中的发芽率为46.2%,成苗率为23.1%。结论]人工制作的龙牙楤木种子发芽率不高,其在生产中的应用有待于进一步研究。

| Abstract: | Objective] To prepare artificial seed of Aralia elata(Miq.) Seem and investigate its germination capacity under different conditions,so as to discuss the practical application feasibility of it. Method] The callus of Aralia elata(Miq.) Seem germ was cultured in MS medium with 2 mg/L 2,4-D,0.5 mg/L 6-BA and 0.5 mg/L NAA in,and the somatic embryo was cultured in solid meidum.
