摘    要:以锦带花幼苗为材料,采用盆栽法,研究不同土壤盐质量分数对锦带花幼苗生长及不同部位Na+、K+、Ca2+、Mg2+离子质量分数的影响.结果表明:锦带花幼苗在盐质量分数≤0.3%时,盐胁迫对其生物量抑制作用不显著,在盐质量分数为0.1%时还略有增加,当盐质量分数为0.4%时才显著下降;根冠生物量比的变化趋势与生物量相同,锦...

Abstract:An experiment was conducted to study the effect of salt stress on the growth and ion contents of Weigela florida cuttings.Results showed that the inhibition of salt on the biomass of W.florida cuttings was not significant when salt concentration was less than or equal to 0.3%,while the biomass showed little increase at a salt concentration of 0.1%,and the biomass decreased obviously at a salt concentration of 0.4%.The changing trend of ratio of root to crown was the same as that of the biomass.It indicates ...
