| 摘 要： | 近年研究发现四环素类药物具有非抗菌性质，在治疗骨代谢疾病，抗肿瘤等方面很好的临床应用前景。本文主要综述了四环素类药物抑制基质金属蛋白酶、干预细胞因子的产生、抗氧自由基等的非抗菌作用机制，以及治疗牙周炎、骨关节炎、糖尿病、骨质疏松症、抗肿瘤、胸腔积液等的非抗菌临床应用。

| Abstract: | This article reviews the Non-antibiotic mechanism and Non-antibiotic use of Tetracyclines,mainly including Matrix metalloproteinases, intervene the production of the cytokine, eactive oxygen radicals and treatment periodontitis, osteoarthritis, diabetes,osteoporosis, antitumor, pleural effusion and so on. |
