| 摘 要： | 2BZJ-4型精量供水播种机是与实施节水抗旱的关键技术相配套的播种机械,机供水采用旋泵式分水器可实现间歇精量施水,播种采用气吸式精量点播,准确完成种、水同位工序。该精量供水播种机可同时实现开沟、施肥、注水、播种和覆土镇压等作业,已获得国家实用新型专利。生产试验表明,种、水同位率达97%以上,节水率达50%以上,排种稳定性达100%。各项指标均满足玉米坐水栽培技术要求,为玉米的高质量生产创造了条件。

| Abstract: | 2BZJ-4 type precise seeder of water supply is suitable for agricuhural technology of water-saving and drought resistance, which have some functions of seeding,water injection and layer fertilization. Intermittent water injection was realized in the machine by rotary pump distributor, and seed by air suction seeder at same time. Drilling,water injecting,fertilizing,seeding, soil earthed could be completed in meantime. National practical new patent was obtained. The experimental results showed that the technological performance met the need of irrigating sowing technology of corn planting. Stabilization of row sowing quantity and water saving rate could exceed national criteria. It could supply for corn production. |
