摘    要:
【目的】探讨烟叶物理性状对烟碱含量的影响效果及主次关系,为构建烟碱调控技术体系提供关键的物理性状选择指标。【方法】在我国南北7个主产烟省的12个县,统一栽培品种及栽培措施,采用逐步回归、通径分析和灰色关联度分析方法,对烤烟烟碱含量与物理性状进行关联分析。【结果】单叶重与烟碱含量关系最密切,其次是单叶面积和叶面密度,含梗率和长宽比与烟碱含量的关联度则较小。单叶重和叶面密度与烟碱含量呈极显著正相关,单叶面积对烟碱含量作负效应贡献。【结论】烟草栽培实践中,应根据烟碱的调控目标,确定适宜的单叶重和单叶面积范围,同时也要兼顾各物理性状的协调发展,达到优质适产的目的。

Abstract:
[Objective]The present study was carried out to elucidate the relationship of physical properties of flue- cured tobacco leaves with its nicotine content. [Method]The methods of stepwise multiple regression, path analysis and grey relation analysis were used to analyze the correlation between physical properties and nicotine content of flue-cured tobacco leaves. The experimental data included average nicotine content and physical properties of flue-cured tobacco leaves (C3F and C3L) which were planted in 12 counties of 7 major flue-cured tobacco planting provinces in China. The varieties of flue-cured tobacco and cultivation practices were the same at all locations. [Result]The most important physical property of flue-cured tobacco leaves which affected the nicotine content was the single leaf weight, followed by single leaf area and foliar density. The stem percentage and length-width ratio were found slightly correlated to nicotine content. Further, the single leaf weight and foliar density showed significantly positive effect on nicotine content, but the single leaf area was found to negatively affect the nicotine content. [ Conclusion]In practice, the nicotine content of flue-cured tobacco leaves can be controlled by regulating its single leaf weight and single leaf area. Further, by controlling the development of various physical properties, quality flue-cured tobacco leaves may be obtained.
