| 摘 要： | 研究了赤霉毒素对小麦幼胚愈伤组织和幼苗生长的影响.结果表明,赤霉毒素对小麦幼胚愈伤组织有毒害和致死作用;赤霉毒素使小麦种子发芽率、幼苗的株高、根长、发芽指数、活力指数及根系还原力和可溶性糖含量降低,并使电导率值升高.

| Abstract: | The effects of toxin on wheat cellus organization and seedling growth were studied. The result showed that toxin could harm or kill the cellus organization, and could reduce germination of seed, reduce seedling height, root length , germination index, vigor index, root reduction activity, soluble suger, but improve electrical conductivity value. |
