| 摘 要： | 随着网络化、信息化的社会发展，必然给高校人力资源的管理带来变革。如何使高校人力资源信息化建设适应新时代发展创新的需要，文中从高校人力资源信息化管理的意义出发，分析了高校人力资源管理信息化建设中存在的问题，并提出了相应的解决办法。
