摘    要:以C d、Pb为胁迫因子,以白萝卜为对象,采用盆栽试验方法,研究了武汉市灰潮土受重金属污染后对萝卜产量、品质和矿质元素吸收的影响。结果表明,C d处理降低萝卜的生物产量,Pb处理增加其产量;C d和Pb能显著降低萝卜体内维生素C的含量,且C d对维生素C含量的影响比Pb大;C d、Pb单独作用对萝卜含糖量有显著增加作用,但C d、Pb复合在一定程度抑制萝卜体内糖分的形成和积累;萝卜根和叶中C d、Pb含量均与污染土壤中C d、Pb含量成正相关。Pb的存在能促进萝卜对C d的吸收,而C d的存在抑制萝卜对Pb的吸收。C d、Pb对其他矿质元素吸收存在不同程度的影响,且在作物不同部位影响的主要元素也不尽相同。

Abstract:Cadmium(Cd) and lead(Pb) are two elements which polluted urban soiland damaged human health through food chain. The influence of heavy metals on vegetable production and quality is still not fully understood up-to-date. This paper took these metals as stress factors to investigate the effect of heavy metals polluted soils on turnip production, quality and mineral elements assimilation in Wuhan grey Chao soil. The results indicated that turnip grown on the soil dealt with Cd decreased the biological mass, whereas on the soil dealt with Pb, the turnip's production increased. Cd and Pb could decrease the contents of vitamin C remarkably in turnip roots and the influences that Cd made to vitamin Cwas more serious than Pb did. Pollution of Cd or Pb solely in the soil could increase sugar content obviously in turnip. However, Cd and Pb complex pollution could depress the accumulation of saccharide in turnip. Content of Cd and Pb in turnip roots and leaves had a positive correlation with their content in soils. Pb could increase the Cd assimilation by turnip, whereas Cd reduced the absorption of Pb. Besides, Cd and Pb affected the absorption of other mineral elements tosome extents, and the influences had some differences depending on the different absorption position.
