摘    要:20世纪以来,农药已经成为人们主要开发的化工产品之一。目前由人工合成的化学农药已达500余种,农药的广泛使用已经造成了土壤环境的严重污染,人体健康不断受到威胁。在污染土壤修复的研究中学者们发现土壤酶能够参与土壤有机物质转化和能量代谢,对进入到土壤中的农药有一定的降解作用,而且越来越多的研究人员认为可以用土壤酶作为土壤农药污染程度的指示剂。因此对土壤酶的降解作用机制进行综述,为污染土壤的修复研究提供借鉴。

Abstract:

Since 20 century, pesticide had became one of the main development chemical products. At present a synthetic chemical pesticides have reached more than 500 species, the widely use of pesticides have resulted in serious pollution of soil environment, human health was under constant threat. In the study of remediation of contaminated soil, scholars have found that soil enzyme can participate in soil organic matter transformation and energy metabolism, there was certain degradation to pesticides which were enter into the soil, more and more researchers thought that we could used soil enzyme as an indicator of the pollution degree of soil pesticides. Therefore make an overview of soil enzyme degradation mechanism to provide reference for researching on remediation of contaminated soil.
